In partnership with Rare Find whisky, Curating Cambridge is pleased to offer their latest exclusive bottle, a 15 year old Single Malt, inspired by the work and art of William Blake.

Rare Find whisky pays homage to William Blake's legacy. Three carefully chosen sister casks, each boasting distinctive finishes are complemented by labels adorned with Blake's artwork, each featured in the Blake's Universe Exhibition at the Fitzwilliam Museum.

A limited run of just 240 bottles, this 15-year-old Auchroisk single cask pays homage to William Blake and his masterpiece "America a Prophecy." Enriched by the influence of a 1st fill American oak bourbon cask, each bottle carries a unique essence that beautifully reflects the artist's creative spirit.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: sweet, strong toffee, vanilla, milk chocolate and shortbread notes
  • Palate: Rich and oily, with a sweetness in the mouth, vanilla custard and millionaire's shortbread joined by unsalted peanuts
  • Finish: Medium to long, with sweetness and warm oaken spice entwined
